() Fourth Wall/Canon puncture? No, unless they use the Arthurian legend, so that's fine. King Arthur should be recognized, but Arturia as in Fate/ franchise? No, please.

() Mind control/Possession/Corruption/Casting a spell/Hypnosis/Manipulation? Saber is a Servant with a very high-ranked Magic Resistance, so contact me before anything to consider if they would breach that. Exceptions are made for meme/game mechanics and case by case.
"Face-Heel-Turns" are almost out of question. Manipulation is doable, but she's extremely righteous in the purest sense. Short of flinging her into All Evils of the World, she won't be really corrupted or cynical. If your character has access to that concentration of evil, well... [personal profile] alteredblade
() Fighting/Kidnapping/Injuries/Death? Absolutely, but contact me first.
() Sense she isn't human? If the character in question perceives spirits and supernatural powers are functional for everyone, it's obvious that Saber isn't human. Her body is made of magic. Even if it seemly bleeds and is corporeal, it is the manifestation of her spirit. Her real body is frozen in time at Camlann Hill.
() Kissing/Flirting/Hugging? Sure if it's a shipping one. Otherwise, ask me, she might not be as receptive. Saber doesn't regard herself as a person from the route I play her from (UBW true end), so she will initially have an impediment to perceiving herself as desirable (and she sees 'dates' as outings with all her current allies), fyi. Being treated like a person baffles her, especially as a girl. She is very skilled in her role as a "gallant knight", so she is capable of being really courteous and charming to princess-like ladies.
My favorite pairings are Irisviel/Saber and Shirou/Saber, but I'm flexible and open to cross-canon. All combinations, f/*, f/f, and f/m are okay.
♔ Basic stuff that characters might notice: Saber looks young for modern standards (15-16), but she obviously carries herself wise beyond her apparent age when because she's actually older (mid-30s) and lived in a time were war and harsh choices (made by her) were the norm. She drew the sword after her coming of age ceremony (so she was an adult for her era) and became ageless thanks to Caliburn first and then Avalon. There's kind of a cold (in a way a "lake or a stream of water") aura around her, sort of like inherent holiness. She's petite (154 cm). She also has a high Charisma stat, and the ability to draw others to follow her lead. This doesn't mean it has to happen icly, I'm just listing one of her personal skills. If she were to age, she would look like her Lancer version:

♔ Strengths: Warfare, law and justice administration and promulgation, riding (horses, motorcycles, whatever you prefer), dueling, and swordsmanship in general. She prefers to wield a sizeable blade with two hands but presents equal talent when she employs her right and left one (whether she's ambidextrous or is simply something applied to swords, who knows). She's also apt at other weapons, especially the spear.

Arturia also has an exceptional talent for magic because of her dragon core, but she never had the patience or interest to invest herself in this. Apparently, she's also great at gambling but that's an informed attribute that never came up (it's in her official profile).

♔ Weaknesses: Can't swim or cook (she learns to do Valentine Chocolate in Chaldea, but I don't usually play her from FGO), she gets often lost in translation and, while she can handle some technology thanks to her time in Fuyuki, other times she's at loss. Like using the coffee-making machine. A deadly experience. On 'cuter' weaknesses, she has a thing for lion cubs and stuffed toys modeled after them. Unlike Nero, she has no artistic talent at all or eye for art unless it involves appraising weaponry and armory designs. She's also pretty awkward at social situations in general unless she's acting as a king or faithful Servant, or the topics are indispensable and necessary to bring up, or she's showing acts of chivalry or courting a lady. She knows how to function as the perfect Servant Saber and the flawless King, but when is about Arturia, the person, she is insecure and full of failings.
